I went to Miles Camera to get my passport pictures for my Canadian passport the gentleman that helped me was great GREAT EXPERIENCE! Because this location was so far away I cannot drive back to the store for the next day to shoot video. I have nothing but good things to share about my experience at Mike's Camera. These guys did a great job. It was above and beyond not only friendly but efficient and informative what a great store.After speaking with Mike directly, we were able to reach a deal and get a replacement camera. Waited 20 minutes and then left. After encountering hardware problems in both my primary and backup camera, and fearing I had lost an entire day's worth of interview footage, I frantically called around looking for anyone who'd let me rent a camera and test my CF cards. She went and got a couple of frames to show me the size so I could make a decision. She also showed me how to crop the photo. Will definitely be returning to Mike's Camera in the future for all service needs.Very helpful in guiding through the enlargement print process. I'm a serious amateur (I used to develop film and make my own prints back in the day), so I want quality, but for my purposes I also want portability.Mike's Camera customer service is wonderful. These guys had one in stock!!
