The other issues are that the water pressure in the showers is terrible. The only negative is the room shower. Rest assured your comments have been forward to the appropriate department heads in an effort to continually evaluate areas for improvement. Do note that these roads have recently been reconstructed so Waze and Google get confused about what turns you can make (you can't turn left onto Yankee Clipper anymore, Waze thinks you can). Clean, comfortable and located in a great area with so many restaurants and shops. My favorite in the area being Firebirds which is right next-door. Complimentary breakfast was great, Cage free eggs, steel cut oatmeal, amazing Seattle Best coffee. Thank you so much!This is an outstanding hotel. Maybe my room had been ready all along? The rooms are nice and clean. I can not recommend this or enough!We loved the Hyatt Place in Nashville and this one in Jacksonville didn't disappoint. Thank You!This little place seems too good to be true, but it is. A small refrigerator and a flat-screen TV are also provided. There is also plenty of parking, including a guests only lot with a gate. St. Johns Town Center is minutes away. Room: Nice and everything in a good state of repair.

I emailed the assistant manager the same night to get a partial refund and he did not respond. Highly recommended.From the moment we checked in this hotel was fantastic! Staff was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was wonderful, the pool and outdoor amenities fantastic, and they have a bar! Once again, please accept out apologies. They didn't offer any upgrades or compensation to make up for it either. We value your patronage and hope you will give Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport another opportunity to serve you in the future. We will certainly take your suggestions into consideration for the breakfast to ensure a better experience for our future guests.
I'm not sure of the reason, but it was almost impossible to get a decent shower. I think they need to rethink this configuration if possible.

This seems so bizarre to me as often handicapped people are accompanied by caregivers. Even I am a Globalist for many years, her face indicated she didn't care. Own or manage this property? Great meeting facilities, confortable rooms, hot breakfast buffet included, and that excellent Hyatt customer service. Since I was only spending a night, I couldn't be bothered to argue. It is understandable that these changes are due to the virus, but none of this is noted on the hotel site while you are booking.
Comfy new hotel in the heart of St. John's Town Center area. Taxes and fees that are shown are estimates only. Our room wasn't ready yet, but Victoria at the front desk offered to call housekeeping to get a status check. My wife was a little upset that she couldn't wash her hair during the two days we were there. Very convenient to UNF, Mayo Clinic, Beaches & Downtown. House keepers are beyond reproach.
