I found that the amount of people we could actually reach in a lecture was limiting so I want to start creating free content with the engineers I learned from (Miles Walker and Jason Kingsland). From a creative standpoint I think that's good for media, but the obvious drawback is that anybody and their cat can start a podcast or a YouTube channel and the quality potentially suffers.
