In other words, the customer is served in situ and the service takes place in areas not conventionally designed for food and beverage service. I'm all about variety. Better late than never. Read reviews, view the menu and photos, and make reservations online for In Situ. They have an open kitchen area, so you can watch them put together each dish. Turns out the Resturant Week menu didn't really appeal to us so we decided to do al le carte. In situ achieves this well.I really appreciate Corey Lee's meticulous approach to his truly artistic plates.
