It seems very nice and high quality, but I'm pretty sure ordering it a 3rd time will end with the same result. It has a couple of rust stains under the silicone coating, and also the lid is to tight, causing it to scratch the pan and it's silicone coat. A bit of googling led me to the Pullman loaf, originally named as it was developed to allow more efficient use of space on Pullman railway carriage kitchens by sizing loaves so that four would occupy the space previously taken by two. You do need to allow it to cool with lid closed-I leave mine in the oven with the door cracked open. A hint to help you on the second rise: Put the lid in place when on the second rise and leave it open enough to check how the bread is rising.
